70-20-10 Learning Theory Job Aid
This was a product I created for the IU Health Learning Institute Growth and Development Suite initiative. The initiative consisted of two areas: Best Practices for Development and Career Development.
Background
As the team was working on the initiative, we realized there was a need to explain the 70-20-10 learning model. After interviewing users and stakeholders, we determined an infographic-styled job aid would be the best product to create.
I created a quick sketch to get an idea on how I wanted to lay out the piece. I then developed the job aid in PowerPoint. I flipped the images and text during creation and added the pie chart to describe the different parts of the 70-20-10 model and presented it to the team.
Revision
During the review process, the team changed the theme and color scheme to a blue/brown from the blue/green/orange. We also changed some of the style to match what our web developer had created. I returned to the document and changed the color scheme. I also replaced the pie chart with a quick text box and puzzle graphic to match the new style.

Final Result
After review and revision, we released the final product as part of the Career Development phase.
